How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Please note that personalized items require an additional 10-14 business days for processing before they are shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, non-personalized items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-embroidered products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are Vessel golf bags waterproof?
While our tour-grade synthetic leather is highly water-resistant and can withstand light to moderate rain, the seams are not fully sealed. We recommend using the included matching rain hood during heavy downpours.
Do your bags come with a warranty?
Yes, all Vessel products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
